Gary, Thanks For The Meeting Last Week. Further To Our Discussions On Friday The 9Th I’Ve Looked Out The Mfd Contacts We Have And My Apologies The Contract Length And Renewal Dates Are Longer Than I Had Expected. They Are As Below
2 B&W A3 Duplex Mfd’S 5Year Contracts – Renewal Due May 2017
1 Colour A3 Duplex Mfd 5 Year Contract – Renewal Due April 2018
Quarterly Rental For The B&W Mfd’S Â£109.46 (Excl Vat)
Average Print Is 55,000 – 60,000 Per Machine Per Quarter
Quarterly Rental For The Colour Mfd Is Â£142.07 (Excl Vat)
Average Print Is Colour 4,000  B&W 21,000 Per Quarter
As The Renewal Dates Are Somewhat Longer Then I’D Suggested, It Might Be Best To Wait At Least Another 12 Months Before Looking At Your Solution. If You Agree We Can Cancel The Meeting Scheduled For The 23Rd And I’Ll Leave It With You To Contact Me When It Is More Realistic To Look At Changing.

Gary, I’M Going To Have To Cancel Our Scheduled Meeting Tomorrow, I’Ve Another Appointment That I Require To Attend Out Of The Office. As Requested I’Ve Looked Out The Contracts We Currently Have And They Are

We Do Have A 3 Desktop Printers In Use, But They Are For Occasional Printing And Volume Is Very Small.
We Do Have  A Requirement For A3 Printers.
As I Mentioned We Are In The Middle Of A Transition Of Our Electoral System Which Will Result In Far Less Being Printed In House, And Utilising A Doc Mail Solution. I’D Prefer For That To Be In Place To Better Gauge Our Future Print Requirements.
