It Was Nice Speaking With You Last Week Regarding Our Office Printers.
Just To Confirm Our Discussion, We Have Two Printers In The Office, One Large Main Office Printer And One Small Desk Top Printer In Accounts.
I Have Checked Our Files And Consulted My Colleague Carolyn Who Was Involved In Our Current Contract.  We Took Out Our Current 4 Year Contact In October 20 (Not  November 21 As First Thought) For The Main Office Printer And The Small Desk Top Printer Was Added To The Warranty Free Of Charge In November 21.  Regarding Your Query Re Toner Cartridges For The Small Printer, I Have Not Yet Had To Replace The Cartridge Since It Was Installed In November.  However, The Cost For A Replacement Cartridge Is Â£168.88 Plus Vat.
Our Current Supplier Is Connected To The Company We Use For Our It Support.  Carolyn Advised Me This Can Be Helpful Should Problems Arise.
Clearly We Are Tied With Our Existing Contract Until November 2024.  However We Are Happy To Discuss Options With You Nearer The Time, So Please Do Get In Touch, Perhaps At The Start Of 2024?
