Thank You For Your Email, We Would Be Interested In A Quote From You For Our Photocopier/Printer Provision. I’Ve Included Details Of What We Are Looking Into:
*	Our Output Volume Is:
Mono – Approx 23,000 Per Month (Approx 276,000 Per Annum)
		Colour – Approx 520 Per Month (Approx 6240 Per Annum)
		We Would Envisage Our Output Increasing By Approx 10% Per Year
*	We’D Like A Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax Mono And Colour With The Usual Functions Of Adf, Duplex, Stapling Etc.
*	We Are Also Thinking About The Option Of Having A Printer/Copier/Fax Machine In Mono Only And A Separate Colour Print/Copy/Scan Device (Possibly Desk Top?) Which We Can Monitor More Closely For Colour Output And Which Could Serve As A Back Up If The Main Machine Fails.
*	We Would Prefer A New Machines But I’D Appreciate It If You Could Quote For A Refurbished Machines Too.
*	We Would Like An Inclusive Parts/Service/Labour/Consumables (Ex Paper!) Price If Possible.
We Would Like To Establish A Contract For The Equipment And Service As Soon As Possible In The New Year, So If You Could Provide A Quote Before Christmas, That Would Be Great.
