We Are Under Contract To Another Supplier And That Contract Has Several Years To Run.  We Are Not Looking To Be Re-Negotiating It Now, Nor In The Foreseeable Future.
If You Have Information On Your Services That You Think We May Be Interested In, Then By All Means Send It To Me But I Do Not See The Need For A Face-To-Face Just For That.

I Believe That An Arrangement Was Made For Us To Meet Here Sometime In August To Discuss Printers, But I Don’T Seem To Have Made A Note Of The Date/Time.  In Any Event, I’M Going To Ask You To Cancel That Meeting.
To Be Honest, We’Re Not Going To Be Reviewing The Printer Contract Again In This Year.  When We Do We Will Need To Go Through A Full Tendering Process To Be Put To Our Board For Approval And That’S Not Going To Happen Until Into 2013.  When We Come To Choosing Suppliers To Tender For The Service, I’Ll Be Back In Touch With You Again.
