I Just Got A Message That You Called Earlier Today, I’M Just Back As I Have Been Off Sick.  I Just Had A Look At Our Printing Bills For Our Colour Canon Printer (Irc2380) And Our Black & White Canon Printer (Ir2800).  I Can Confirm The Costs Per Print/Copy Are As Follows For Each:-
Irc2380:           Black & White A4 – 0.73P
                        Colour A4 – 5.6P
                        A3’S Are Just Charged At Double The Price, Therefore 1.46P A3 B&W And 11.2P For A3 Colour
Ir2800:             Black & White A4 – 1P
                        A3 Just Charged At Double The Price – 2P
Included Within These Prices Are The Printing Supplies (Toner, Waste Replacement Units) And All Maintenance From Canon.
If Your Company Provides The Printing Supplies And Maintenance Then Canon’S Price Seems Quite A Bit Higher Than Kellys Prices That We Discussed On The Phone Last Week (0.4P For Black And White And 3.9P For Colour).  Can You Give Me A Call To Discuss Or Drop Me An Email As I’Ve Probably Missed Your Visit To 221 West George Street Now?
