20.4.12 – Tried Anthony Quin -  Unhappy Service – Printer Put In Doesn’T Do What Supposed To Do – Problem With Duplicate Printing – Letterheads Won’T Do As They Are Supposed To And When He Does Duplicate Prints He Physically Has To Get Up And Press Button For How Many Times He Wants Copies..Had Service Guy Our 2 Months Ago But Saying Guy Didn’T Seem To Know What He Was Out For Also Advised Was A Software Problem And Went Away Then He Heard No More.
Sy Customer 2Nd Or 3Rd Year – When Replaced Was Assured Would Do What Would Do And It Doesn’T – Gary  Set Up But Then Someone Else And Said Software Problem And Didn’T Come Back
