Update – Didn’T Go Ahead – Was All Going Through And Signed But Then Guy Came Back To Cancel Didn’T Want 5 Year Deal.
1/10 – Did Go Ahead Gary Saying Mark Went In And Now Re Signed Up
9.10.15 – Called For Cust Sat Survey – Andrew Not Happy  From When Gary Dealing With Sales Process – Seemingly Gary Had Processed It Prior To Confirming Ok (Andrew Was To Confirm With Richard (Principle)”¦.Left Bad Feeling And Doesn’T Want To Deal With Gary Again. Due To Relocating And Rebranding Wanted To Do A 3 Year Dela Instead Off 5 Which Has Now Been Done Via Mark.
All Back On Track Now But Felt It Could All Be Avoiding By Better Communication On  - Had Sent Several Emails To Gary And Mentioned Copied Alan In But Didn’T Hear Anything Back.
