George (Managing Partner) And I Discussed The Possibility Of A Move To Kelly’S Based On Your Proposal Submitted In March. After Much Discussion It Was Decided That It Was Probably Not The Right Time To Undertake This Exercise Owing To A Number Of Factors. Whilst We Can See The Benefits Of Migrating Across The Timing Is Not Good For Us. We Have Plans To Migrate Most Of Our Software Provision To The “Cloud” In The Next Couple Of Years And This Would Be A Better Time To ”˜Outsource’ Our Printing Needs As It Will Reduce Our Likely Needs For Internal It Support In One Step. I Regret Therefore We Are Keen To Wait For At Least Two Years Before Making Any Decision On The Kelly’S Proposal. I Know That This Will Come As A Disappointment But Our Longer-Term Plans Must Come As A Priority In This Case.
George Has Asked Me To Thank You For Your Input To The ”˜Print Audit’ And Proposal. As A Result Of This Decision I Have Cancelled Your Appointment For Tomorrow Here At Condies.
