I Have Discussed Our Conversation With Our It Manager, Who Advises That There Has Been No Change To Our Supplier For Hardware, And That They Have Not Gone Into Administration. As I Explained Nina, We Are Happy Using Our Existing Suppliers And, Our Internal Stakeholders, Senior Management And Directors, Have No Appetite To Change Our Print Strategy At This Stage. Additionally, In Terms Of Operational Priorities At This Time, We Would Not Be In A Position To Factor This Into Our Already Stretched Time And People Resources. We Also Discussed The Option Of Carrying Out A Print Audit, And I Advised That We Have Carried Out A Print Audit Relatively Recently, Our It Manager Adds That A Repetition Of This, Would Not Be An Added Value Process For Us At This Time. Whilst We Understand That This Would, In The Main Be Carried Out By Yourselves, We Would Not Be In A Position To Put Time And Resource To Follow Up On It Within Our Exisiting Priorities And Workload - Notwithstanding The Fact That Our Procurement Strategy Would Be That We Would Utilise Our Existing Suppliers Or One Within The Framework Agreements In Place With Scottish Government.
