The Cost Of The Particulars Are Indeed Paid By The Client ,We Have Numerous Estate Agent Solicitors Who Use Our Devices For Property Particulars(Mcqueens Solicitors ,Kerr Stirling ,Aba Matthews ,Morgan Law And Miller Hendry To Name But A Few ) ,Thus Allowing Them To Either Keep Their Marketing Costs The Same ,Produce Particulars In House And Have The Particulars As A Revenue Stream ,Others Simply Reduce Their Marketing Fee To Entice More Business And Have A Competitive Edge Over The Competition(We Do All The User Training Set Up Configuration Of All The Particulars ), Kenny I Am Out With Alan On The 6Th March And Could Meet Leonard At Your Property Shop At 3Pm To Go Over Our Unique And Specialist Business Model,Would That Work For Leonard ?

I Apologise For The Delay In Getting Back To You On The Above.
You’Ll Have Gathered At Our Meeting That I Wasn’T Up To Speed On Our Current Arrangements In Terms Of Leased Equipment Etc And I Now Have A Fuller Picture.
As I Mentioned To Gary Earlier This Week, I’Ve Still To Fully Hear From The Partners On This, And Indeed On Their Plans For Change, Given That We Signed A 3 Year Deal Only Last May On The Copiers And Randolph Place Fax.  However As I Told Gary, Leonard Has Already Mentioned That As Our Clients Bear The Cost Of Property Particulars, Which Accounted For Half Of The Current Quarterly Operating Costs Set Out In Your Proposals, That Isn’T An Issue When It Comes To Cost Savings.
I’Ll Contact You Again Once I’Ve Heard Further From The Partners, But In The Meantime I Don’T Think There’S Any Point In Arranging A Meeting For The 6Th.
