Hi Gary
Once Again Sorry About Yesterday But I Had No Idea You Were Coming Into The Office To See Me.
I Have Tried To Establish How This Came About And It Would Appear It Was Probably Our Managing Director Fraser Thomson Whom Alan Spoke To Previously (It Does Not Help That Both Of Our Directors/Advisers Are Called Fraser). Fraser Can Vaguely Remember Having A Telephone Conversation But Does Not Recall Arranging A Meeting For Me With Yourselves.
As I Mentioned When I Spoke  To You, Any Decisions Regarding Buying Equipment Would Be Made By Both Fraser Thomson And Fraser Mcphate Between Them. I Have Spoken To Both Of Them And They Do Not Feel We Have Any Need To Replace Any Further Printers At The Moment.
As I Said, We Recently Replaced The Main Printer/Copier/Scanner And We Have 2 Other Colour Desk Top Printers, One Of Which Is Not Used Very Often And The Other Is Only About 2 Years Old. Also The It Dept. Of Wylie & Bisset Llp Normally Purchase All Of Our It Equipment On Our Behalf.
I Know We Re-Arranged For Monday To Discuss This However In View Of My Discussions With Fraser Can We Cancel This Meeting. I Have Both Of Your Cards And Will Keep You In Mind Should We Decide To Replace Any Printers In The Future.
