I Have Been In And Out The Office All Day And The Girls Told Me Gary Had Been Trying To Get Hold Of Me Regarding Tomorrow Meeting.  This Is My Bad I Should Have Been In Touch Before Now.  We Have Just Been Incredibly Busy And I Have Been Out The Office A Couple Of Days This Week Between Conferences And Funeral.
Since I Last Met With Gary I Have Discovered That We Own Both Our Photocopiers, Not Leases As I Thought, Given That The Sharp Is Fairly New (2 Years) I Don’T Think It Would Be Cost Effective At This Stage To Look At Renewing Or Replacing Our Printers Or Copiers.  I Have Also Done A Lot Of Work With Training People And Paper Storage Which Has Significantly Improved The Issues We Were Having With The Copiers.  We Feel That Moving To Follow Me Printing On The Existing Photocopiers And Doing Away With Our Standalone Printers Would Probably Give Us Better Value For Money In The Short Term.  We Would Look To Review This In 2/3 Years Time When The Photocopiers Will Be 5 Years Old, So Please Feel Free To Get In Touch At This Time.
