I Was In One Of My Clients Offices Yesterday And Brought Up Copiers With Them.  Macsween Of Edinburgh, The Haggis Makers.

I Deal With James Macsween, Have Dealt With His Mother And Sister (Co-Directors) And Am Also Dealing With Their Company Arrangements At The Moment Via Their Financial Controller Sarah Keith.
Sarah Has Been Tasked With A Number Of Duties And One Of Them Is To Do Something With Their Current Copier Arrangements.  When I Quizzed Sarah She Said They Find It Impossible To Get Any Service And That The Costs Need To Be Reviewed.  I Said We Had A Good Experience With Kellys Review Process And That We Saved A Lot Of Money And That We Had Always Been Able To Get Very Prompt Service When Required.  I Explained A Little About Kellys To Her And The Wide Coverage That You Have And She Said She’D Be Very Keen To Speak To You About Their Arrangements.
We Get On Really Well With Them, So I Suggested That We Had Interviewed A Few Firms And Chosen Kellys, So Her Comments Were ”˜Well If You’Ve Done That Already It Will Save Me Seeing A Few Firms’.
I’M Afraid I Didn’T Establish How Many Copiers They Have.  The Firm Have A Manufacturing Bias Obviously, So I’M Not Sure If They Have Many Copiers.  They Employ Around 50 Staff.
I Will Cc An Email To Both Of You With Sarah’S Contact Information In It, With Sarah Cc’D On It, As A Formal Referral.  She Gives Us Very Good Press And She’Ll Be Easy To Get A Reference From If You Are Successful.

Just A Note To Let You Know I Was Out Seeing James Macsween Yesterday. James Had Mentioned That Nina Had Called And Had Asked Me About Kellys. James Has Been Extremely Busy, So Sometimes When He Fields Sales Calls He Can Be A Bit Short. I Explained To James The Process We Had Been Through With Kellys And Provided Some Background On People, Service And Cost Savings.
