Just To Let You Know I Was Seeing A Client In Glasgow Yesterday And During Our Review I Had Mentioned Kellys To Them. Gordon Mentioned That He Had Been Called By Someone At Kellys Recently, As They Had Been A Client Of Stewart’S While He Was Still With You Years Ago.
Anyway I Spoke Very Positively Of Kellys And Would Hope Gordon Would Review With You. I Think His Contract Still Has Some Time To Run Though, But Whoever Prospected Him Will Know What He Said. His Comments To Be About The Existing Guy Were That He Hadn’T Heard From Him In Four Years And That The Guy In Question Said That Was ”˜His Style’. Not Sure How Impressed Gordon Was With That, So When The Contract Is Up It Wouldn’T Surprise Me If He Would Review It.
Between You And I He’S Certainly A Demanding Client And Not Always The Quickest At Making Decisions-He’S Very Analytical About Things Down The Minutiae. A Nice Bloke Providing You’Re Patient Though!

That Man Is A Nightmare”¦..Just Called And Spoke With Gordon. Currently Has 2 Samsung (C9201 With A3 But Would Only Need A3 On 1). Not Happy With Still Too Slow For Him And Wants A Quote For Both. Tried My Best To Get Info On Lease Cost Per Quarter, Expiry Of Lease?, Last 2 Bills For Copies/Prints And Any Other Associated Costs But He’S Not Budging. It’S Apogee That’S Taken Over From Dbs He Said And He’S Not Signed Anything Else With Them So Could Just Have A Year Left From Last Time I Spoke With Him.
He Just Can’T Get Why I Need His Usage And Other Info To Quote And Won’T Take Direct Apt. Said He Wants You To Quote Just On Monthly/Q Lease Cost For The Machine Side Of Things So He Can See How It Would Reduce Costs Of What He Is Paying Just Now And If We Can Do That  Happy To Discuss Usage Etc Then. Also Said If Our Manufacturer Is Covering Cost Of What’S Left On Lease Doesn’T See Why We Need Expiry Date Also!
He Tried To Compare It To Buying A New Car That He Can Get Quote On New Model Etc So I Tried To Get Him To Understand By Comparing It To Mobile Phone Need To Know Usage Etc But He Won’T Give (Tearing My Hair Out At This Point)
