Hi Alan Not Sure What To Do With This One. Spoken With Steven (Finance Mgr) At Carnegie Trust Just There. They Are Also In Mess With Agnew But Just 18 Months Into 5 Year Deal. He’S Saying Not Prepared To Enter Negotiations/Sales Talk Until It Is Confirmed To Him In Writing That If We Were Buying Out Old Lease (If Viable) Then They Won’T Be Left With 2 Leases As What Has Happened To Them Now On 2 Occasions. Not Willing To Meet Up To Discuss This Did Push For That And He Is Aware They Were With Us Before, Said Happy With Our Reputation But Very Cagey Into Entering Another Agreement Until This Was Confirmed In Writing? Asked If We Could Do Just Maintenance On Samsung They Have But Adv Not Possible.

Your Quote Should Be Based Upon You Installing A Kyocera Printer And Based Upon Our Trust Entering A Finance Lease Deal.
As Previously Stated The Trust Currently Uses A Samsung Clx9201Na Photocopier, Which Is On A 5 Year Finance Lease, Which Still Has 3 Years To Run. The Quarterly Charge For This Lease Is Â£531.96 Inc Vat. Mark’S Email Of 3 May Stated You Would Pay Off This Lease, If You Were Successful In Gaining Our Business And Therefore Would Pay The Â£6,383.52 Balance Remaining On This Lease. I Understand That In Order To Do This You Will Need To Recover Your Costs Also.
Therefore, Please Provide Your Initial Quote Inclusive Of Vat And Based Upon The Monthly Usage Figures Above And Taking Into Account :
1.	Matching A Suitable Kyocera Model Based Upon The Model That What We Are Currently Using (Samsung Clx9201Na).
2.	Build In Your Cost Recovery Of Buying Out The Finance Lease Attached To The Samsung Clx9201Na.
