My Apologies For The Delay In Replying To Confirm The Times We Discussed Last Week For You To Come In And Do Some Initial Checks.  The Problem Is That Over The Next Month Or So, Our Entire Office Is Going To Be Turned Upside Down In Preparation For The Tenant Deposit Scheme, Due To Come Into Play At The Beginning Of November.  The Entire Staff Base Has Effectively Been Mobilised To Deal With A Large Amount Of Extra Work, And Therefore I Don’T Think That It Will Be Possible For You To Come In This Month To Do A Feasibility Test.  Could You Possibly Contact Me In Early November To Arrange A More Opportune Time To Come In?
I’M Sorry To Have To Delay Things, But I’M Up To My Eyeballs In Extra Work, And Just Can’T Fit Anything Else In Right Now.
