His Experience Includes The Disposal Of A Â£17M Uk Wide Industrial Property Portfolio And Advising On The Disposal Of Various Commercial Properties In The Eurocentral Scheme On Behalf Of Muse Developments And Tritax Assets. As Part Of His Role Here, Jamie Also Provided Strategic Advice On Planning And Development To Various Uk Based Clients Including St Martins, Ag Barr, Cbre Investors And Buccleuch Group.
Since Joining Airlink In 2008, In His Role As Group Property Director, Jamie Has Been Involved In The Acquisition Of Various Commercial Properties Amounting To Circa Â£10M In Value, Asset Management Of Over 1.5 Million Sq Ft, Letting Various Assets And Strategic Planning And Development Of Existing And Newly Acquired Sites. More Recently, Jamie Has Successfully Led The Property Team In Obtaining Planning Consent For A 7 Acre Mixed Use Scheme Close To Glasgow City Centre.
